Being a practitioner in the martial arts for over 15 years I often find myself coming back to my first love no matter what I am doing. The martial styles present in the Bahamas have been fast increasing but there are a few that were here for many years.
This blog is intended to keep up to date information about the martial world in the Bahamas. We hope to inform the public about updates from different styles and of course tournaments training and fighting techniques to help your progression along your martial path.
