Martial arts in the Bahamas is a online web log (blog) of events, achievements, photos and videos of the progress of the martial world here in the Bahamas.  We will have interviews with local marital artist with no discrimination of martial arts style.  This Blog will be a testament to the growth of each art in the Bahamas and to inform the public as well as practitioners of the latest developments in the Martial Arts World.

This Blog has been created by Rashad Penn a local martial artist trained in Rainbow Ryu Jujutsu of the national School of Self Defense headed by Grand Master Fraklyn ‘frankie’ Adderly.

We will focus mainly on arts found her in the Bahamas which include Boxing, Judo, Jujutsu, Karate, Kung Fu, Mixed Martial Arts, Taekwondo and XMA. Please feel free to leave comments and suggestions.
